This parameter can be used when defining a family of plane waves in order to perform a power flux scaling of the plane waves. The power flux (density) of a plane wave is given as,

\begin{eqnarray*} P = \frac{1}{2} \pvec{E} \times \pvec{H}^{*} = \frac{1}{2} \sqrt{\frac{\varepsilon}{\mu}} \|\pvec{E}\|^2 \pvec{k}^{*}/\|\pvec{k}\|. \end{eqnarray*}

When setting PowerFluxScaling=UnitNormal the plane wave is re-scaled, so that the normal energy flux is normalized, i.e.
