The Scaling value is specified in units of length (UnitOfLength). It is used to define the variation of the value referenced by the Path with respect to a unit variation of the DerivativeParameter. If for example the DerivativeParameter should reduce a value, the Scaling must be chosen negative. A complex value can be used to vary for example the RelPermittivity.
