Omega¶

This is parameter $\omega^{\mathrm{(guess)}}$ as explained in the parent directory. The guess frequency is specified in units of 1/seconds, $\units{s^{-1}}$ .

Example:

When a resonance mode with vacuum wavelength close to $\lambda_0=780\, \mathrm{nm}$ is expected, specify the guess frequency as $\omega^{\mathrm{(guess)}}=c_0 2\pi/\lambda_0$ , with the vacuum speed of light $c_0$ :

Omega = 2.415e+15

Alternatively one can define the wavelength guess with the Lambda option directly

Lambda = 780e-9
